Rick Waibel Sr. started in the pool business in the 1960's. In 1992, after his son Rickey graduated from high school, they started Rick Waibel Pools. They became a tag team, always working together and counting on each other for all of their jobs. As the years have gone by, the roles have switched. Rickey and his work partner, Ray, are doing most of the labor. While Rick still helps build new pools, and his wife Peggy does the book work, Rickey's family, wife, Nicole and daughter, Sidney, are doing invoices, marketing, and scheduling.
